Over at Incy Wincy this week, we are sponsored by Stamping Dragon designs. The theme this week is cute critters. I chose this sweet fish from Stamping Dragon Designs. The paper is both sides of a sheet, but I can't remember who it's by - sorry. I wanted the circles to look like bubbles in the water.
